Proxy Transcript 2

Hello,

This is Martha Radune, General Manager of the Islander Beach Resort. I'm calling today to remind Islander Owners to send in their proxy. This will be my last reminder call.

I would appreciate it you would vote for up to three candidates, sign, then mail in your proxy by November 12th, so it will reach us in time.

It's important that you sign the proxy on the bottom lines where the date and signature is indicated.

Please do not leave the candidate choices blank. The Secretary of the Association will not choose candidates on your behalf.

If you only own one vacation week, you do not need to write in your contract number.

Proxies may be faxed, emailed or sent back using the enclosed postage paid envelope. Proxies must be received by November 20th.

I'm calling today to remind Islander Owners to send in their proxy so we have quorum to hold our Annual Owners Meeting on November 20th. Please vote for up to three candidates, then sign and return your proxy. I would appreciate it you would put your proxy in the mail by November 12th, so it will reach us in time. You may also fax or email your proxy.

For Owners who have multiple vacation weeks, you may list all your contracts on one proxy or send in an individual proxy for each unit/week owned. It's your choice.

Owners who have multiple people on their deed must fill out a voting certificate, excepting spouses with the same last name. If you filled out the voting certificate last year, we have it on file so you do not need to send us another certificate.

NON-RESIDENT DAILY USE POLICY

  1. Deeded owners may use the facilities 365 day year. Resort Management reserves the right to limit the number of Non-Resident Daily Use owners depending on occupancy, weather and other external conditions.

  1. Deeded owners must present identification to verify ownership.

  1. Identification must match the owner's name as it appears in the Association's owner data base records.

  1. Deeded owners may bring immediate family members residing in the household and/or guests equivalent to the sleeping capacity of their unit.

  1. Deeded owners must be present at all times with their family members and guests.

  1. Annual Assessments must be current.

  1. Deeded owners may be allowed but no guests allowed on holidays and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).

  1. Owners, family members and guests must abide by the rules of the Association.

  2. Owners are responsible for the actions of their family members and guests

10) Parking spaces are limited to one space and parking pass per unit/week owned even if multiple weeks are owned and one pass even if there are multiple owners on the deed. Parking spaces may not be available during peak usage periods.

It is acknowledged by the Board that there are a significant number of weeks owned at the Resort by Vacation Clubs that do not include individual names to each interval, therefore Vacation Clubs and/or Trusts will not be eligible for Non-Resident Daily Use.
