NON-RESIDENT DAILY USE POLICY
Deeded owners may use the facilities 365 day year. Resort Management reserves the right to limit the number of Non-Resident Daily Use owners depending on occupancy, weather and other external conditions.
Deeded owners must present identification to verify ownership.
Identification must match the owner's name as it appears in the Association's owner data base records.
Deeded owners may bring immediate family members residing in the household and/or guests equivalent to the sleeping capacity of their unit.
Deeded owners must be present at all times with their family members and guests.
Annual Assessments must be current.
Deeded owners may be allowed but no guests allowed on holidays and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
Owners, family members and guests must abide by the rules of the Association.
Owners are responsible for the actions of their family members and guests
10) Parking spaces are limited to one space and parking pass per unit/week owned even if multiple weeks are owned and one pass even if there are multiple owners on the deed. Parking spaces may not be available during peak usage periods.
It is acknowledged by the Board that there are a significant number of weeks owned at the Resort by Vacation Clubs that do not include individual names to each interval, therefore Vacation Clubs and/or Trusts will not be eligible for Non-Resident Daily Use.
